We offer medical evaluations, including evaluations of historical care provided as well as physical examinations. We work with clients who require medical analysis or testimony. Finding an experienced IME expert witness who is Board Certified and actively practicing in the United States is critical when considering legal action.

Diagnosis/Prognosis
We carefully and thoroughly examine the claimant to establish his/her medical state. Once that has been established we assess if the claimant can make a full recovery and approximately how long that will take.

Causation/Work relatedness
Along with the thorough medical exam we interview our claimants to establish the causes of whatever medical issues they may have.

Care Rendered Review
We review the conclusions, treatments and medications provided by the treating physician to ascertain whether or not the claimant is on the appropriate course to recovery.

Treatment Redirection
Based on our conclusions of the care rendered assessment, we may suggest more effective alternate treatments for the claimant.

MMI (Maximum Medical Improvement)
Based on the examination, the treatment rendered, and the claimant's medical condition we conclude if the claimant will make a full recovery or not.

Impairment Ratings/Apportionment
If the claimant is unable to make a full recovery we rate the degree of impairment. Certified in the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 6th Edition.

Work Capacity/Return to Work/Fit for Duty
Upon evaluating the claimant's medical state, treatment, or state of recovery we can then conclude if and when the claimant is ready to return to work and in what capacity.

Traveling Physicians
Our exam rooms are available Monday-Friday for any IME Physician traveling from Phoenix or out of state, for a nominal Facility Fee.
